Nearest bus stop also super far, best if can find shuttle bus, else, prepare to walk for quite a while.

Is it really far walking? Because i check with maps navigation walking distance around 2.9km from expo mrt to tanah merah country club. But maybe the maps is not up to date.

Which way is faster from Blk 291C Compassvale Street to Tampines Regional Centre by bus?
I know walk to b67259 along Compassvale St then take 27 all the way or would it be faster to take 27/89 to Tpe then take 969 to Tampines Int in terms of bus frequensy and travelling time?

Take 83 from Blk 291A, then change at Blk 298A (Punggol Road) to 27.

969 can get very crowded at the TPE sector and it's not always faster than 27 from TPE to Tampines.

Ofcourse 27 would be better bcoz 969 does not stop at Reg Library and its quite a walk. Again 27 frequency in AM is quite good. On both 27 and 969 no guarantee of getting seat anyway. If you want a seat, take 27/89 to TPE and switch to 168 instead.

Unless just nice got one come.

Yup.. I believe this is the fastest unless you are unable to board 858 due to high influx of passengers... I unable to board the bus eventhough at 10pm at terminal 3...

To go back to Yishun, I took 27 - Transfer to 969/39/858 at TPE bus stop... It is also quite convenient in a way where the TPE bus stop serves as a transfering point...

Why not also suggest alternatives...

27 - 168 - Woodlands MRT (Try and catch the last bus of 168 to Woodlands)

27 - 969 - Khatib MRT (Try and catch the last bus of 969, I won't suggest you to take 39 coz it goes up to Jln Kayu and down back the expressway)
